In the development of modern agriculture, the construction of a research and breeding system is crucial. The scientific research and breeding technology innovation system of Xinjiang HillTide Seed Industry is mainly composed of enterprise R&D centers as the main body, research institutes as the support, and integrated technology innovation systems for breeding, multiplication and extension, and industry-university-research.

As the core of the entire system, the R&D center is the driving force for promoting scientific research and breeding. The part with enterprises as the main body includes self-bred varieties by the company, and enterprises play an important role in scientific research and breeding, quickly transforming scientific research achievements into actual productivity. Relying on research institutes, it gathers numerous scientific research forces such as Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. These research institutes have professional researchers and advanced experimental equipment, which can conduct in-depth basic research and provide theoretical and technical support for breeding innovation.

The integrated technology innovation system of industry-university-research includes the establishment of breeding experimental stations and ecological monitoring points in many parts of the country, closely integrating scientific research with production. Experimental stations and bases in various regions can carry out breeding work according to local conditions, while providing basic guarantees for the practical testing and transformation of scientific research achievements.

The scientific research and breeding system helps to ensure national food security and improve the quality of agricultural products. Through collaborative efforts among all parties, the cultivation and promotion of excellent varieties can be accelerated, thereby promoting sustainable agricultural development and enhancing agricultural economic benefits. In the future, with the continuous advancement of technology, the scientific research and breeding system will become more complete, bringing more possibilities for agricultural development.
