2004
On April 30, 2004, Xinjiang HillTide Seed Industry Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bazhou HillTide Cotton Industry Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.
2021
In 2021, the company was recognized as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization by seven ministries, including China’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Ministry of Finance. In the same year, its cotton seed products passed the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management system certification.
2023
In 2023, Xinjiang HillTide Seed Industry was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.
2024
In 2024, the company obtained the qualification for the production and operation of imported and exported crop seeds from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and was also recognized as a specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative enterprise in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. HillTide Seed Industry Company is one of the state-designated cotton seed export enterprises, with sales branches in northern Xinjiang, southern Xinjiang, and Luntai, and a broad business scope.
