良种繁育体系是农作物种子生产中至关重要的环节,关乎着种子的质量和产量。新疆鸿泰种业坚持三圃制生产原种,品种三圃田包括株行圃、株系圃、原种圃,这是良种繁育的基础。株行圃、株系圃和原种圃设立在科研育种基地,确保优良品种的源头筛选。在自有3万亩良繁基地和2万亩集中连片合作繁育基地进行良种繁育,为生产提供充足良种。


在生产环节,从播种到收获建立质量控制系统。在苗、蕾、花铃期开展去杂去劣工作,确保生长过程中的品种纯度;收获时使用打包机采收,按照专人清理采棉机、每包贴标签注明品种生产信息、分品种拉运、分级分垛分轧步骤收获,确保种子从田间到车间的过程有序、规范,保障收获的种子质量和纯度。良种繁育体系能够有效地保障种子的质量,提高农业生产效率,促进农业现代化发展。

The improved seed multiplication system is a crucial link in the production of crop seeds, bearing on seed quality and yield. Xinjiang Hongtai Seed Industry adheres to the three-nursery system for breeder seed production, which consists of the plant row nursery, plant line nursery and breeder seed nursery — the foundation of improved seed multiplication. These three nurseries are established at scientific research and breeding bases to ensure the source selection of superior varieties. Improved seed multiplication is carried out at the company’s own 30,000-mu improved seed multiplication base and a 20,000-mu contiguous cooperative multiplication base, providing an abundant supply of high-quality seeds for production.
In the production process, a quality control system is established covering the entire process from sowing to harvesting. Roguing and elimination of inferior plants are conducted during the seedling, bud and boll stages to ensure varietal purity throughout the growth cycle. For harvesting, balers are adopted for cotton picking, and the process follows standardized steps: dedicated personnel clean the cotton pickers, each bale is labeled with detailed variety and production information, seeds of different varieties are transported separately, and ginning is carried out by grade, stack and variety. These measures ensure the orderly and standardized handling of seeds from the field to the processing workshop, thus guaranteeing the quality and purity of the harvested seeds. The improved seed multiplication system effectively safeguards seed quality, boosts agricultural production efficiency and drives the development of agricultural modernization.
